This version addresses the following issues:

Stop the current input before opening the autofilter popup menu
A cell formatted as Percent is displayed with factor 100 on Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard"
Further small changes to improve the compatibility of Tables with Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard"
Calculate the automatic print range including cells that either contain text or have a cell border
By scrolling with the mouse wheel it was possible to scroll beyond the last column or row
A different drawing method for cell borders is used for print and PDF export to reduce the size of the output
